Website copywriting for clarity: super fund

One of Australia's top performing super funds had a perfectly functional website, but it wasn't consistent with the brand's new tone of voice. My task was to update the copy to create a stronger digital identity for the fund and help it communicate complex financial information easily to future members.

This involved a content audit, scrutinising page objectives and the customer journey, navigating legal and industry regulations, reviewing brand guidelines and writing.

Thought leadership for leading UK law firm

This national law firm wanted to raise the profile of select key opinion leaders and create brand awareness beyond the South East market.

I wrote multiple thought leadership articles for various practices in the firm, including TMT, commercial, immigration, employment, family and private client. Each started with a SME interview to uncover topical and engaging topics.

The result? Multiple pieces of earned and owned content on technical topics. These positioned partners as legal experts in front of their target audience and provided topical content to increase the firm’s digital footprint.

Leading Melbourne commercial agents understood the importance of content marketing for building authority and nurturing leads, but the internal team had no time to write regular content.
