Originally from the UK, I lived the quintessential London life before swapping the hustle for new horizons and bigger adventures.

Zen mode

Crafting comms by day, guiding yogis through sun salutations by night. Being a Yoga practitioner keeps me balanced on and off the mat.

Who am I?

I'm Caroline, a former corporate PR insider turned communications strategist for businesses in moments of transition.

After seeing the good, the bad and the ugly of comms over a decade and wasting far too many hours in meetings that didn’t really need to be meetings…I realised far too many PR pros are stuck using tactics from 2001.

Sure, they understand traditional media, stakeholder management and board dynamics...but think TikTok and Substack are for teenagers and Reddit is for trolls.

Or maybe they’re ‘digital-natives’ who get the algorithm but have never had to calm a board.

I’ve spent my career in both worlds, raising awareness for ASX-listed companies in new markets and advising beauty start-ups through TikTok firestorms.

My media fluency means sharper instincts, better timing and getting the RIGHT people to respond the RIGHT way.

I shape perceptions so that instead of being overlooked by investors, buyers or stakeholders, you can make big decisions with clarity and control and never have to explain or defend your value.
