CHAPTER 1: DISCOVER
We start with an audit of your current positioning, media coverage, marketing strategy and owned channels. Then we map your stakeholders to identify who needs to trust you and what they care about. Also includes an analysis of perception gaps, competitive threats and market opportunities.
CHAPTER 2: DEFINE
Time to develop your strategic positioning and overarching master narrative. We decide on the communications pillars that will shift perception and build trust, and draft the key messages organised by audience and channel.
CHAPTER 3: DELIVER
You’ll get a strategy document with my recommended approach, messaging, stakeholder map, tactical recommendations, channel activation plans and a roadmap for roll out over six-12 months. We refine together until it’s just right.
